Are there any hidden fees?
Base prices cover document assembly only, with no included individual attorney review. Optional review costs +$299 for Will/POA/healthcare, +$599 for Living Trust, or +$999 for Comprehensive. Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. If you start with a Simple Will and later want to upgrade to a Living Trust, we'll credit your original payment toward the new package. Just contact us to upgrade.
What if I need to make changes after completion?
Minor clarifications and corrections within 30 days are free. For substantive changes, we offer one-time amendment services or you can subscribe to Annual Maintenance for unlimited updates.
Is Annual Maintenance worth it?
If you anticipate life changes in the coming years (growing family, new property, changing finances), Annual Maintenance is valuable. A single amendment without it typically costs $300-500. With maintenance at $75/month, you get unlimited document updates and an annual document update checklist. Individual attorney review is separate.
